If you just need repairs done to your jewellery, you don’t need an appointment and can come straight into the store.
When creating your piece, we estimate six to eight weeks depending on the design. We can accommodate rush orders on a case-by-case basis but please remember these things take time and we do not like to rush our jewellers.
Speak with us during your consultation for recommendations on how to obtain the most accurate ring size. We also offer ONE free resize after the completion of the piece within the first month of it being made, so that you do not have to worry.
Whilst Greenwood Jewellers does not offer a refund for a simple change of mind, we are committed to making this process as visual and transparent as possible. We do understand that occasionally you may wish to make some changes to the design after it has been completed, in which case we can sit down and discuss it with you. We cannot give a refund on a bespoke piece, please make sure you are happy with the design before confirming and proceeding.
